Springtime Avocado Matzah

one serving=½ matzah
Ingredients

Cup DANNON® plain lowfat or Whole Milk Yogurt
2
Tablespoons finely minced chives
2
Tablespoons olive oil, divided
1/4
Teaspoon fine sea salt
1
Matzah sheet
1
Avocado, Sliced
2
Radishes (any variety), sliced
OPTIONAL
Flaky Sea Salt, Thyme Sprigs
Directions
Stir the Yogurt, Chives, 1 Tablespoon of the oil, and salt together in a bowl. Spread Yogurt mixture on the Matzah. Arrange avocado and radishes on top of the matzah in a decorative pattern. Drizzle with the remaining oil, flaky salt and thyme.
